  1. Due to the digital nature of our courses, academy access, and downloadable resources, all sales are generally final

  2. Refund requests may only be considered within 7 days of purchase if the user has not significantly accessed the course materials or downloaded major resources

  3. Refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions, live consultations, or services already delivered

  4. If a technical issue prevents access to purchased content, our team will work to resolve the issue before any refund consideration

  5. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment provider

  6. Requests for refunds must be submitted by email with proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the reason for the request
